Group Hypnotherapy sessions for Weight Management & Slimming
The sessions are run by Kerry Weaver, a fully qualified clinical hypnotherapist, certified hypnotherapy instructor and accredited trainer.
A typical six week group programme for weight management and slimming will consist of:
Week 1: Group introductions, Explanation about what hypnosis is and how it can help with weight management and slimming. Group relaxation followed by a psychological exercise to help prime your subconscious mind for success.
Week 2: Group relaxation session followed by hypnotic suggestion therapy; we will seek to access and nullify any underlying reasons for the weight problem.
Week 3: Continuation of multi-session hypnotic suggestion therapy. The focus of this session is to inspire and create respectability for oneself.
Week 4: Group relaxation session followed by hypnotic suggestion therapy; the focus of this session is to activate aversion towards over eating via your creative imagination. Aversion is a powerful tool likely to help you to produce the results you’re after.
Week 5: Continuation of multi-session hypnotic suggestion therapy. The focus of this session is to work in a permissive style to have an effect on almost all personality types.
Week 6: Group relaxation followed by gastric band weight loss therapy; The focus of this session is to help you to reduce your food and fat intake by eating smaller portions of healthy, nutritious food. Approximate time for a group session will be 1.5 hours x 6 weeks.
