Laughter Therapy With Self-Hypnosis Workshop
Humour is one of the best weapons we have in combating stress. It provides us with relaxation, eases tired minds and bodies as well as providing us with renewed energy.
Laughter can help us to cope with life’s problems, defuse anger, fear, boredom and release inner conflicts and tensions.
Laughter therapy uses the power of smiling and laughter to help heal the body both physically and psychologically. Often it is incorporated with another form of complimentary therapy; in this case its self-hypnosis.
Once learned, laughter therapy techniques can be applied to any kind of environment from the workplace to the home.
