Suggestion Therapy

Suggestion therapy is ideal for milder problems such as driving test nerves, exam fears, public speaking, sports enhancement and stop smoking. For this kind of therapy you are guided into a pleasant relaxed state where the conscious part of your mind can relax making it possible for your therapist to communicate positive suggestions to the subconscious part of your mind.

Suggestion therapy usually requires 2 to 4 weekly sessions, but the number of sessions will depend upon your problem.
